No. You pay a flat monthly subscription and keep 100% of every direct order. Card processing fees (when online payment ships) are passed at cost.
No. uxo.bg runs in any modern browser on any phone or tablet. You can use your existing Windows printers via our local print service.
Yes. Generate one QR per location and customers see a read-only menu with photos, prices, allergens, and language switching. They can save favorite items to “My picks” and show their phone to the waiter. The digital-menu mode is completely free with no limits on categories, items, photos, or QR codes — not a trial, no card required, and no expiry.
Ten European locales out of the box: English, Bulgarian, Turkish, German, French, Greek, Polish, Romanian, Russian, and Czech. Menu items, descriptions, and allergens are translated automatically on save, and you can edit any translation by hand if the wording isn’t quite right. The entire customer UI is also fully localised.
A café typically goes live the same day. Sign up, scan your paper menu with our OCR import, print QR codes, you’re ready to take orders.
Yes from the Growth plan upward. Each location has its own GPS coords, tables, delivery zones, operating hours, staff assignments, and (optionally) its own menu.
Yes. Build delivery zones using radius, multi-point radius, polygon, city, neighborhood, or actual Google driving distance — all in the same zone editor. Per-zone fees and minimum orders are supported.
Not yet — current flow is pay-at-counter, pay-at-pickup, or pay-at-delivery. Stripe / PayPal integration is on the near-term roadmap.
You get a free tenant subdomain (yourname.uxo.bg) on every plan. Higher plans support custom domains via CNAME. The theme editor lets you tune nine UI colors. Your logo is on the marketplace card and every customer page.
EU-based infrastructure. Your customers are yours — you can export your customer list and order history at any time. We never sell or share data.
Yes. Guests can book a table and, at the same time, pre-order items from the menu for that reservation — what they want and for how many people. The pre-order attaches to the reservation and arrives in the system alongside your other channels, no separate app.
No. UXO is built for restaurants and hospitality venues in multiple countries. Bulgaria is our home market, but the platform is designed for international use with multilingual guest menus, flexible per-country settings, and direct ordering workflows. Some advanced features — online payments, fiscal integrations, and certain local delivery integrations — depend on your country.
